  1. I practice zhan zhong 45 minuites a day I find the first minuites the hardest once you are passed there it becomes comfortable and you want to stay in it longer.
  2. I feel that the belt system has no say in how good you are. I dont worry about being the highest belt I just worry about getting stronger than i was yesterday. I feel belts are mainly used to seperate people into groups of what they know.
  3. i suggest you try chi gong it basically is exercises to circulate your chi and make you stronger internally.
