What's your most hated or killer excersise in training? We train in a gymnasium, and unfortunately it has ropes at one side at full lenght. And if there are ropes, they have to be climbed. I officially hate climbing ropes . Its darn hard. I hate them more then pushups. Maybe cause I'm bad at it . Luckily girls may use their legs as well to climb them, otherwise I wouldn't be able to get at the top of it once, not talking about several times.
