  1. "I think leg lifts are the worst they kill my lower back." Your back should be flat on the floor when doing leglifts, or else you can injure your lower back. Put your hands under your butt and your head in the air chin down to your neck, it makes it less likely to arch your back. I especially love hate the version when you do leg lift and at the point when your legs reach 90 degrees to the floor you push them upwards in the air, now those can get nasty.
  2. I do normal Jujitsu, not the brasilian version.
  3. I originally started aikido. And it was all by chance. I should have been cramming for an exam, and instead I was surfing the net. Found that in a nearby school they had it that night. So I took my shoes and went. And then sticked to it for a while. But then I found I needed something different. So I ended up at Jiu-jitsu which I love. Cause it has some punching and kicking, and also the fun throws and alike. And I can very effectivly get rid of my extra energy there:D
  4. suicide? even the name is scary. What are those in this case?
  5. Thanks http://www.warriorforce.com/articles/burpeeclip.htm take a look at these horrid things hehe, yup, unfortunately I know them and they are really killer. Just we are doing them sometimes with slight modifications. But they kill the same way. I sometimes think that I needed extra gills behind my ear to get enough oxygent;)
  6. my mother tounge is not english .What are burpees? Thanks
  7. What's your most hated or killer excersise in training? We train in a gymnasium, and unfortunately it has ropes at one side at full lenght. And if there are ropes, they have to be climbed. I officially hate climbing ropes . Its darn hard. I hate them more then pushups. Maybe cause I'm bad at it . Luckily girls may use their legs as well to climb them, otherwise I wouldn't be able to get at the top of it once, not talking about several times.
