That history book(if ordered from the site) is going to cost me $65.95 US. It is US isn't it? http://www.dragon-tsunami.org/Products/Pages/books_karate.htm
That history book is $89 US from Amazon.com and it's out of stock on Amazon.ca. I'll have to check my local book store but my guess is that they won't have it. The history book sounds exactly like what I'm looking for. Thanks.
Cool..thanks P.A.L. I was just interested because it's been known to be one of the better ones. It has also come to my attention that it's more of a "how to" book. I was looking for more of a "history of Goju" book. I'll have a look around. Thanks again.
Just curious but does anybody know where I can get this book for cheaper than it's selling on Amazon? Goju Ryu Karate Do Kyohan by Gogen Yamaguchi http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/t...=books&n=507846 That's a bit more than I'd like to spend.
Such a terrible tragedy. I'll definetely be donating. If all 4379 members of KarateForums.com were to donate just a little bit of cash, that'd make a difference. Every little bit counts.
I'm just curious but could somebody please point out the bad points of Kyokushin Karate? There are good and bad points to every style and all I've heard of Kyokushin is the good.
How will I know if I'm in the right place? I can't make sure of something I know nothing about. If you can find any more information on the instructor you speak of, then that'd be most appreciated. Thanks.
