hey guys first post ere ============================================== ive been doin kickboxing for 9 months now n i need 2 start sortin a diet out cuz i dnt eat or drink much i need sum sort of menu dat keeps me goin no matter wat hav u guys got any ideas plz? cuz im startin 2 get headaches after training n need lots of sleep so i need help (doctor wont help me cuz he want me 2 quit lol)
