On an earlier topic: How can one pray without meditation? If your thoughts are not clear and collected, how can you possibly hear anything that God would choose to tell you? Quality prayer begins and ends with quality meditation. As for the "source" of the Ki: If you believe in Judaism or Christianity, then you also believe that all things are from God. It is what you do with it that really matters. Whether it comes to a board test or striking another human, hopefully everyone here recognizes the difference. Of course, I am just a newbie in MA for a few weeks. What do I really know about anything?
