is there any book [electronic or otherwise] that IS sort of an instructor replacement?? especially in tai-chi and kendo/kenjutsu??? help required please!!!

Hey everyone...I acttually have a favour to ask of you ppl...here goes: Can someone send me shinaken/boken/anything that can be used to practice kendo or kenjutsu specifications [links are also appreciated]?? As in something wooden, the same size and wight of a real katana and creatable by wood [not a pile of dried bamboo ala shinai which is too expensive and takes too long to make by myself]. Also, some links to where I can learn some kenjutsu techniques/special stuff/in-depth stuff!!! Thank You
