I cant hit people that hard (its still hurts though) , but i can hit a pad really hard.

i dont have a clue un fortunatly, but i know that i can take my 2nd dan when ever i want now, cause i been 1st dan 4 2 years. Someone else may know though...

dont try to do really high kicks straight away, do some stretching regulary and do some kicking, and push your self a bit more each time.

in wado-ryu we have a solid black belt for first dan, or if you have it sent away to have your name put on it they put the 1 stripe, then second dan is 2 stripes. ect....
