The real problem is paying for shipping on the 60 lb. bag! That's downright evil. $50 for shipping on top of the item's cost... that suks.

This idea may suit your needs. Buy the belt you like. Take that belt to a shirt/hat embroiderer and tell them what you want. They do so much volume and have computurized stitching machines that it might cost you a whole lot less.
