how do you count to 10 in korean
okc_deputy16 replied to jctkd's topic in TKD, TSD, Hapkido, and Korean Martial Arts
that awesome I need to learn how to do thatt -
truly the only way to get better and get more respect is to go in to the fight with a good adittude and a willing ness to learn because when i was a young fighhter I was always put up against bigger and better people then me but know I get to teach the untrained fighters and thanks to me fighting higher belts I had more respect and I earned more respect from the other students and when I went to tournments it was so much easier for me to win and spot openings in my competion so just don't get frustrated and keep up the good work

Regarding belt ranks
okc_deputy16 replied to torris's topic in TKD, TSD, Hapkido, and Korean Martial Arts
when you get your bb before you are 16 then that is called a poom but if you are 16 and older it is 1st Dan -
Do you guys think that the Martial Art community should start a age limit because I think that giving a 10 year old even a 13 year old a black belt is a mistake

What's you're opinon on sparring?
okc_deputy16 replied to sidekick's topic in TKD, TSD, Hapkido, and Korean Martial Arts
if you want to spare hardcore try olympic style with no breaks thats my favorite way to fight but if you just want the experience then just fight point sparring -
hey man i think that you should stick with it because you have gotten this far then after you earn your black belt then look into getting into something new so that there will not be any what if's.

I think that the most difficult for me would have to be a triple spin kick, kicking on all three of the spins
