Right now I am leaning towards Tang Soo Do because it is being taught near my home at a Recreation Center. I have also looked a little into Shaolin Kung Fu and Jeet Kun Do, but I am open to all styles. I am in my late twenties and I am interested in learning martial arts for the physical conditioning, self defense, spiritual, and discipline. I want something that teaches punches, kicks, and weapons. Please help me make this decision.
