From there I went to the website and thought the school had an even more straightforward approach to training. Master Safakhoo has created a system, it seems, of challenging training he teaches people. The school even has a workout called pain resistance, is this real or what? Supposedly you can make your body like steel? Are these people elite martial artists even though they have not been trained in a commonly known style?
