Classes I teach are in shool gym , but I train at a strip mall dojo.

just for fun... get rid of the belt colors. I've seen too many black belts that couldn't throw a side kick, a punch, do a kata... grrrrrrrrrrr... I hate when people can buy their damn belts. I'll take knowledge over a belt color.

I started my training in a so callled Mcdojo. I received my blackbelt in said program. I did however, find my way to a Kenpo dojo. ( I love my kenpo.) I learned a lot in the mcdojo. I use to call it Lite Karate. The school I went to is huge, over 30 schools in my area. I have to give this school at least a B+ because it did sell confidence, but it also delivered. Still it was a Lite Karate program.
