  1. What kind of diet do you guys stay on. I have heard a thousand things. I just stay away from fast foods. Try not to take in high carbs or fat grams.
  2. wow...2 months I feel like I have learned a lot! I guess I don't really have my style yet, just working the basics. Foot work, combos, kicking/punching... I feel a bit more in shape and I think I burned off a few beer cals that I worked so hard to get last summer They are stressing me to get my kick back as fast as I get it out there. I have a really good instructor. Apparently he has trained with all the big names and it definately shows to me. Glad they are goin easy on me though during sparing..lol Its funny, i see it coming but I just can't stop it. lol. Bringing me in slowly but I have the feeling they are going to be bringing it down on me here in a few months...uh oh. I think if I can just stay focus it would be easier to spar. Everyone seems to move at the speed of light..lol I guess I am still learning though. Ok thanks you guys for the feedback I appreciate it. Take it easy and keep your elbows down...lol (I just learned that the hard way the other day)
  3. Hi all, I am new to the Forums and I just started taking Muay Thai kickboxing. I am taking 3 classes a week and figure I would just play with my heavy/speed bag a couple times a week as well. I guess I don't really have a certain question...I was just wondering if all you old pro's could give me some advice/tips or words of wisdom to a rookie who has no martial art experiance. Thanks for your time!
