Hey... Was searching the net for Sepai clips and came across this site so I thought that I would check it out and see exactly what was on it. I'm a 16yr old Perth Girl [17 in Oct] who has been training with GKR [Go-Kan-Ryu] Karate for the last 3 years. A SDC came around to my house and I practically had to beg my family to let me join, and I guess I've been karate mad ever since. I'm an instructor, have been for a year now, and have finally got my own class. I'm a 3rd Kyu [brown Belt, 2nd Kyu next month] and yeah... pretty much all about me I suppose. If you live in, or have been to, Perth... I train on a Wednesday night at Senior training in Gosnells. I teach on a Saturday at Cloverdale. And I'm second sensei on a tuesday night [cloverdale] and thursday night [riverton]. We're all pretty close in GKR. Especially us young ones... [16-23] as we have formed a close-knit group for ourselves. Because karate is a major part of our lives, it's hard to be in a relationship with someone who doesn't do karate because it's so time consuming. My boyfriend recently got his Shodan-Ho [1st grading this year], so I know if I ever need help, I have someone close to me to look up to. That's about it...
