Hi everyone, I am new to Shaolin kempo. I used to study Ed. Parker Kenpo Karate until I had to moved back home. When I got home I could not find any Kenpo school around. Only Tae kwon Do for a long time. But now there is a new Shaolin kempo school near by and I am going to start there. Any one has any advice on how or what I should do. ( it has been five years since I have train). If anyone has any Info on what a white belt in Shaolin Kempo will be doing or what I will be learning or could sent any step-by-step detail of what pina 1 is or 8 hand blocking set.
