Hello everyone. Recently had a health scare, had to quit smoking, and i really need and want something in terms of a new lifestyle. Im 24 and I really need a change. I'm very interested in Muay Tai, and after reading a lot of posts on this forum, I think it would suit my needs perfectly. I was just wondering if anyone knew of any places to train in ny. I live in Astoria, which is about 15 mins from the city. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you all very much. Take Care. Grant
