I'm living in the Southwark area next year, and thus I was wondering what some good schools accessable via the underground or walk/running are in the area. I currently train in jeet kune do / muay thai / kali / and some grappling which incorporates elements of brazillian jujitsu. I really would like to find a school that offers at least JKD and Muay Thai, although if it offered the others that would be great. Currently I train at https://www.pamausa.com, and my Sifu has trained under Inosanto and Chai Sirisute, so he is relatively knowledgeable. I'd like to find something similar in the London area, thus any help would be GREATLY appreciated. ~ C

In terms of fighting talent, no, he probably was not as great as some make him out to be. What was really amazing about Bruce Lee however was the fact that he developed a new martial arts system, something that had not been done in hundreds of years with any real success, and it was one that derived pieces from over twenty other forms. While some people argue JKD may not be the best thing out there, one can make a good argument that it is amongst the most versatile fighting systems out there today. ~ C

If your willing to drive 45 minutes you can go to the Princeton Academy of Martial Arts. https://www.pamausa.com Sifu Tucci teaches, and a relatively varied curriculum including JKD, Muay Thai, Kali, Silat, and a grappling course that incorporates BJJ. ~ C
