in my Dojo we have white,yellow,green brown,black and red. Simple yet each belt having requirements. Rather than having so many belts. So i kind of agree with Ravencroft. Think before you act it can save your life.......

First and foremost i am new to this forum so hello to all. I have been practicing shobayashi shorin-ryu for about 2 years on and off but haved failed to stay the course to actually learn the stlye and go up in rank until 3 months ago. My question is that i need a good heavy duty GI that can last me and that isnt that expensive. I have been training diligently and am tired of having to sew my GI every time its sparring night. Any recommendations i would greatly appreciate. Thanks Ed[/b]
