I live in the Bahamas. In my dojo we do the fuku katas and the gekai sai katas. Do you guys have any websites that i can go too in order to find online videos or pictures for the fuku katas?

Im sorry i meant fuku kata dai ichi. This kata is in Goju-Ryu.

Please can someone help me find an online demonstration or pictures of fuka kata dai ichi. This is for my promotion to 6th kyu. Any help is appreciated. Thx for the help.
