Here is the only thing I don't understand.... Why would a guy that has been taking Kenpo for 3yrs go for a wrist lock!? Unless it isn't an straight American Kenpo school and maybe they have some other stuff mixed into their system...Other then that I'll agree 100% real life experiance is invaluable.

Here are a couple of the ones I regularly listen to... Anti-Heros, Dropkick Murphys, Flogging Molly, Older AFI (might be the most commerialized I like), Stiff Little Fingers, Dead Kennedy's.

Ill listen to pretty much anything, but if its my choice of what to play it is punk.
