    True, I see it when dealing with Ninjitsu alot, such as Koga clan ect. But I've seen it in use to Chinese martial arts as well.

    Many times when researching martial arts of different styles, the word 'clan' appears. What defines a martial arts clan? What examples of clans still exist today?
