well me hellburner whitelion and darkangel azrel all go to the same dojo and i have only seen somone fail once when for 9kyu (he is a rubish kararteka) triped him self up and wan ended up skiding into the sensi since he way less that 7 stone it didnt do much but it merted a fail

k you shouldnt get angry in a sparing match but if you r trying to control your anger then it depends what your angry at say if you are angry at your boss you shouldnt just lock it away cuase it might come out in a burst so rellising it is better than hurting anyone but anger can take many forms difrent types of anger need controled in diffrent ways punching a bag is good for some kinds of anger but for other kinds its not and as for the issuse about if you ned aggresion to fight i agree with tal none of us are ideal fighters as with the relings none of us are idea people if you were an idea person then you would never get mad but sadly no one is so the best we can do is etier spend 4o year on a buddist retreat or keep the bag punching
