Hey everyone. Been out of the whole MA scene for about 7 years now. I'm a former black belt and would like to get back into the swing of things. Tell me what you think of my daily training to get the basics down again. Please excuse my lack of knowledge for the names of techniques, feel free to correct me. 25 Front Punches each arm 25 Underhand Punches each arm 25 Two Hand Punch Combinations 25 Block and Punch Combinations 25 Front Kicks 25 Side Blade Kicks 25 Block and Kick Combinations I do dynamic stretching to begin with and static stretching at the end. So what does everyone think? As time goes on I will make my training more advanced with combinations, roundhouse kicks, axe kicks, etc.
