we call that a crescent kick in my class and theres to version of it inward and outward in vice versa i can do a high jumping version with it to.

yeah my sensei gives katanas and nun chuks out katanas going to the higher ranks of course and nun chuks to lower ranks . But personally i like kamas .

yeah i use the combative stance or hapkido similar to mine except sometimes i raise my frontfoot so its standing barley off the ground.

no its not possiable to fail in my dojo but im not sure about others.

TKD is good it is probaly the most popular martial art anyways I would recomend TKD
