What do you mean?

Hi. I am new to this site and to martial arts. Let me tell you about myself. My weapon of choice is the shinai bamboo sword. My favorite style is kendo. I like to use a mixture of kendo and karate when doing battle. I also own a martial arts/ki website at http://kidojo.tk .

Hey guys. I just ordered a shinai for 25 bucks at karate depot.com. It was made in Japan and is made of bamboo. So what do you guys prefer a shinai or sword? I personally preffer a shinai because of its light weight.
