  1. But, the TKD.. are pretty nice, if i compare to TSD. The problem reside on the teacher, the majority of teacher, have problem with teaching the good techniques, and u receive a bad education. take a Free lesson, and choose, the style you prefer... it's the best method. Good luck. Syo.

  3. For sure... i block them.. with my knee, or the side of my calfs, and immediately counter strike, with a upper body kick and punch... After a leg kick, the guy protection are down and the body balance are involved, it's the time, to strike him. Haha! i search my word... it's crazy... Where is my dictionnary WHERE IS! Syo.
  4. Sorry, but my english is ZERO. i have a lot of problem with them. LOL! When a Take a Strike on One of my leg... i Re-Attack with the other Leg and punch.... and i never end up flat on my back.... It's simply a counterStrike..   5. My Nutrition is Simple. Ok i train 3 day per week in bodybuilding, and 5 day per week Muay thai & BJJ. My Diet, Look Like This. #1: 1 Cup of Oatmeal, 6 white egg, banana, juice #2: 1 Cup Rice with vapor veggies, 1 apple #3: Chicken Breast, Potatoes, Big Salad #4: 2 Energy Bar, Orange #5: Chicken Breast, potatoes, Vapor Veggies, apple #6: 1 Cup of Oatmeal 2-3L of water per days. No Fat, i prepare any aliment with different Spice, veggies.. e.t.c.. to create change. This diet, is not really a Diet, it's simple the good way to eat. No Fat, No desert... You lose the fat, but with the highprotein of the egg, oatmeal.. e.t.c. you gain some muscle mass, and energy. Good Luck. Syo.
  6. I'm presently in prepare for UCC. I Mix, Muay Thaï Kickboxing (7yrs, presently i'm instructor) With Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (4yrs, i'm black belt) The Mix of this 2 style.. are totally Crazy. If you would like to compete in full contact, i'm suggest to you practice for couple month, a Ground Fighting Arts... Like Jiujitsu judo.. or wrestling... In a Full Contact fight.. if you don't have any Ground fighting experience. Depend of the type of fighter you affront, Your KO. If your affront a kickboxer, obviously, you have more chance, to win... But... For your health. Practice, ground fighting arts before... Good luck Syo.

  9. No particulary Techniques. Just take the kick, and return a attack to the upper body, with the other leg.... This the reason, to have good conditionned CHIN! Syo.
  10. It's simply, the technique to prepare your chin. 10 minutes of hard kicking in the bag, each training. Do not strike your chin with a Glass bottle or kick a Tree to condition your chin. Good luck....

This is my Routine i perform every day... =========================== 5 minutes of meditation and relaxation 10 minutes of stretching 100-300 Sit-ups 200-400 Push-ups 20-75 fingertip pushups 30-100 pull-ups 30-75 Bicep Curls with dumbell or barbell 30-100 Body Dips 250-500 body squats 30-75 Shoulder Military Press 1.5 miles of jogging Sat-Sun 10 minutes of stretching 30 push-ups 100 body squats 45 pull-ups And 3 day per week, 2 hours of Intensive Muay thai technique/sparring workout. And 2 day per week, 1hr30 of intensive Sparring/technique of BJJ. Have Fun! Syo.
  12. Kick the heavy Bag, with High Repetition Set And Train your Calfs a lot with a brick, it will make the calves bigger, and when you strike a kick, the front muscle, just beside the chin will take the stress Good luck.
