My Nutrition is Simple. Ok i train 3 day per week in bodybuilding, and 5 day per week Muay thai & BJJ. My Diet, Look Like This. #1: 1 Cup of Oatmeal, 6 white egg, banana, juice #2: 1 Cup Rice with vapor veggies, 1 apple #3: Chicken Breast, Potatoes, Big Salad #4: 2 Energy Bar, Orange #5: Chicken Breast, potatoes, Vapor Veggies, apple #6: 1 Cup of Oatmeal 2-3L of water per days. No Fat, i prepare any aliment with different Spice, veggies.. e.t.c.. to create change. This diet, is not really a Diet, it's simple the good way to eat. No Fat, No desert... You lose the fat, but with the highprotein of the egg, oatmeal.. e.t.c. you gain some muscle mass, and energy. Good Luck. Syo.
