  1. We are getting out of topic, and because I don't want to turn this into a flamewar, I will post any unessary threads.
  2. Uh....they're not teaching the soldiers BJJ! It's call BASIC SELF DEFENSE. Where in the U.S training manual do you see something like: 6 o'clock: Brazillian Jujitsu? Huh?
  3. Oh, I'm wrong? Prove me wrong then, cause I know Brazillian JJS is not a martial art. Fighting in tournament is not self-defense...although it does increase your skills. Definition of Martial arts from Dictionary.com: Any of several Asian arts of combat or self-defense, such as aikido, karate, judo, or tae kwon do, usually practiced as sport. Often used in the plural. where does it say "tournament", for "fight"?
  4. Still, Jujitsu is not a martial art, well, Brazillian Jujitsiu to be precise. They always hold these tournaments. Martial arts is not about fighting, it's about defense.
  5. AH, maybe that's just you..but what about other people?
  6. Ok...just straight to the point: How would you guys defend, and fight a Jujitsu fighter? Cause none of y'all are used to grappling, groundfight...etc...you tend to panic when on the ground. Just a question, no need to tear my head off... So, how? OH, yeah, don't say: "Strike first...avoid him...WIN!" blah....
