  1. hI PEOPLE i live in corby , england and we have our very own mile and a half speedway oval , weve had CART superbikes ASCAR and btcc to mention a few , have you been there and what do you think. If youve been to the track in america please let me know what it's like. Thanks. Slaine.
  2. hello my friend, well aikido as someone else put is a good chioce , but takes a long time to learn ( but one of my fave's) i would try something like muay-thai (thai-boxing) you will learn street techniques. i.e low kicks elbows, knees and clinch work (grabing and kneeing) also with the training you will become very fit ,so can react faster.   5. hello, ive done kickboxing and muay thai for years and the only differance is muay thai is a bit more hands on (no realy it is ,clinch work and all that). but give it a try , see which you like , but remember, you make the martial art ,the martial art does not make you. As for grappling get to milton keyene's and train with lee hasdal. Top ground fighter. Have fun. Slaine.
