Did anyone attend the USA NKF National Championship and Team Trials in San Jose this past weekend? Anyone here is a winner in WKF kumite division? The finals were pretty good. Let's hear what you thoughts on the tournament.

I attended a seminar on Seipai and Saifa and I was totally lost. Does anyone know a link to download these katas from the web by any chance? I have looked around and I couldn't find any. If there is no VDO download, at least the posted sequence would be appreciated. Thank you very much for your help.
