What did I miss tonight???? (February 22)
-
I loved what I saw of last night's episode! ok hieroglyphs, anyone catch them? -Missle? -Was one a bird? Looked like a eagle or something..... -One looked like the skull for poison..... -One was a syringe -I remember one was on a red background -and the last one wasn't revealed, cause Locke got the numbers in and executed before the last one was shown..... although I will be really dissappointed if I have to miss next weeks episode, looks to be a really good one from the previews

On a sad note, my first and only Kuk Sool Instructor, Kwan Jang Nim Bob Zefo, died back at the end of last month. You can read a rather good salute and obituary from the Kuk Sool Won homepage. I will definitely miss him and his determination to his students and family. I also see in the near future that Bu Sa Beom Nim Will Culbertson and his younger brother, Gyo Sa Nim Randy Culbertson will take over the Knoxville, Illinois, Kuk Sool Won studio in his place. Sorry about the rather unfortunate lateness of this post.... but I just recently moved again and got my internet up this weekend.

That is a very likely explanation.... except they haven't taken Aaron yet. And some of the secondary characters dont seem to have blood on their hands.... I can't see Clare killing anyone, nor Rose and her husband. Hurley doesn't seem to be the type to be a killer either, he seems a little too selfless.

Ok, anyone notice that the Dharma logo is just a bunch of configurations of Yin and Yang, I was looking at a book on Feng Shui (sp?) and it had the same basic icon in it without the "swan" or "Dharma" name on it. On second look, that swan divides the middle sphere of the Dharma logo into a stylized yin/yang circle. As for the "Monster", do you think it might be fear. A manifestation of fear itself? Maybe its nanitites (very tiny machines) (see also Michael Creighton's "Prey") that have some way to access memories and turn our worst memories or fears against us.

Native: English Better spoken, although slowly losing it, than reading: Finnish (spend a year in Finland and you will have a better listening and oral comprehension than written) Formally (educational background): French, although my last French professor from college didn't think I seemed to know anything about the language I sort of dubbed my missunderstood musings and trials in french classes after my year in Finland as: Frinnglais (French/Finnish/english) On a side note, all my Finnish friends thought I had a swedish accent when I spoke Finnish, and after my year abroad, I thought I had a Finnish accent speaking French

Any ideas on the background between Jack and Ana? Jack seemed a little surprised to hear her name and the stare-down at the end of the episode seemed to indicate some history.

Looks like we will see the more of the "Others" this week.... definitely an episode that shouldn't be missed, even though I have missed most of October.

Ok, I admit that maybe I extending myself too far out of my comfort zone to be any good to any employer working retail sales.... As for other careers for introverts... I am having a very hard time recalling anything that would be appropriate for that type of personality. I must dig out (if I still have it) my text book from my career development and search class from my freshman year at college. That was the last time I have taken the Meyer-Briggs Personality Type test, and then I tested as slightly (6 points into the introverted range from the extroverted range) introverted.

Ok, seems to me that the American society has no place for us introverted persons.... at least not any of us college educated ones in the business world without a computer science degree.... Anywho.... trying to do retail sales is almost impossible as an introvert, especially in the Do-it-Yourself Home Improvement segment of the retail world. Heck, sales period is near impossible as an introvert...... I need a cube where I can be all to myself most of the time.....

Ok, will someone remind me of Desmond's partner's name from the Swan Complex? Was it Ethan? The same Ethan that swiped Clare?

Don't forget the Brown/Black belts in there between Brown and Black
