  1. Hello everyone, A few weeks ago I started my amazing Karate journey (yellow belt 8th kyu rn) - I have surfed the net a bit and seen a lot of different videos, but still I want make this thread in here. My biggest wish is to be able to kick high and create flexibility so my kicks become more controlled. My question therefore is! What have you done and how have you done it? How have you mastered to kick high? Do you have any videos that you have used yourself, or have you had the exercises described differently? I really appreciate all the help and guidance I can get. Thank you!
  2. Very nice! Well done and congrats! (even if its 2019! I bet you have come longer since this graduation!)
  3. Congrats man! Really good! Keep up the good work - I am also currently working on my training to the orange belt (7th Kyu)
  4. Thank you so much everyone! I know that the journey will be both exciting, educational but certainly also challenging! I have trained today, and I can see that the level of difficulty is increasing .. But how fun is it to learn if the level of difficulty is not progressive. I look forward to posting even more stuff in here, and to becoming a part of the great discussions and topics! I will simply enjoy the present and enjoy my journey! No need to hunt the belts! Learn, Be patient and enjoy the ride!
