Hi, I am a new member to the forum from the UK, my name is Glenn and I am currently a Student at Derby University. For my dissertation study I am exploring the relationships between the spectator motivations of martial art fans across various disciplines and their media consumption. The aim for the study is to provide further information on martial arts in the UK, as with the rise of Mixed Martial arts in to the mainstream other martial arts are still unexplored despite their success on the Olympic Stage.
