  1. Suburbs of Houston, Texas, i study TKD and BJJ at the same school (they teach lots of martial arts) and the TKD helps me keep flexible and get strong legs and stuff for the Jiu Jitsu
  2. try telling that to these idiots i know on this other forum that say the only way to spell it is Jiu Jitsu, after i spelled it Ju Jutsu, they were !@#$%^& about it, so i left those fourms
  3. i can easily win if i get IN THEIR GUARD, first grab their legs and turn them over onto their stomach by turning thier legs and your body, then you should be facing away from them and get your legs on the outside of theirs and hook thier legs over the top of theirs and push down on thier legs, great submission move
  4. there is no way i would hurt my partner if he refused to tap out, expecially in my signature submission hold, because it bends thier back and i could easily break it, and if they dont tap out, well then its your fault, your not doing it right because they SHOULD tap out
  5. i would hook their neck and put your hand under their stomach and pulldown on the neck and push on the stomach at the same time while rolling the direction his head is facing
  6. uhh well joint locks are part of Jiu Jitsu, and if you dont pick them up and slam then what do you call the Osoto Otoshi, the thing where you lift them up off the ground and slam them back down with your arm on their stomach and come down with them?
  7. well if you dont tap out they might get angry and do something bad, like once the guy wouldnt tap out and i headbutted him as hard as i could and we both got knocked out
  8. 9/8 ct, Mondays on TNN is RAW, 8/7 ct on UPN is Smack Down (it has all the cruiserweights mostly and japanese dudes although it has a guy who weighs 500 lbs) and then at 7/6 ct on TNN on Sunday is Heat and 10/9 CT on TNN on saturday is Velocity, for the other stuff you have ot check local listings
  9. i was not saying it isnt effective, i was talking about other martial arts, it would be great protection on the street, freak the person out wondering what your doing next, and then you do that hand stand kick thing (one hand holds you up while both feet kick
  10. i dont get why people go crazy when they do the finisher moves on the WWE, those are easy, anyone with a little grappling training could do them, i can do an F-5, and everyone i know says its impossible, who else can do some of the WWE's wrestlers finishers, oh i can also do a Swampson bomb, that thing is so easy
  11. and that is? sounds like he set him up for an F-5 (by holding them on your back you can do an F-5) and just dropped him back
  12. well i cant watch the movie for some reason but it sounds like the guy was in a headlock and did a vertical suplex, is that right?
  13. jump to the side, hook the neck and get them off their feet by getting down low and pulling out their ankle, and they will land on your knee
  14. not to diss capoeira but it cant really compete with other martial arts, its more of a fighting game, and a work out
  15. yep, i think its probly the best style, if you can get your opponent on the ground and do an octopus or something, that is where they are on their stomach, and you hit their kidneys, tightening their body and making them jerk forward in pain and then you grab their arms and put your feet on theirs and roll back where you are holding them in the air by pushing on their feet and pulling their arms back.
  16. i dont think Judo would help you, i could tell you some powerful wrestling take downs, crane their neck and sweep out their ankle with your hand and stick your knee out and they will fall on it, or if they punch you put that hand on the shoulder of you that they punched with (if they punch with right put the hand on right shoulder of you) and then pick up the leg opposite the side that the punch with and you have them laying on your back and shoulders, you can just drop them or something or do an F-5 (pro wrestling move, very painful) and then use your BJJ stuff
  17. who has ever done submission wrestling? i love doing that, only thing is some people are stubborn and dont submit and get hurt, once i had this one person trapped down on the ground and my leg was wrapped around one of his so i could hit the inside preasure point of the leg and pull on it at the same time and also his jaw bone was being pressed on and he kept trying to get out of it and he got some leg muscles pulled and his jawbone dislocated
  18. bo, most practical, and its an awesome weapon, im better with it than anything
