    For sparring you arn't allowed to punch in the face and if the other person is bledding you are disqulifed.

    I only compete under NBL. I have won a lot of first's in sparring and forms. I am a blackbelt in karate and study Kenpo

    Punches are relly the only things you should use in sparring. When I have sparred people it got boring when all they did was kicked.
