  1. That video is from the Ring Of fire documentary. The man is John Chang of the Mo Pai.

It was filmed in the 70s in Indonesia, before any "special effects".

    Its real.

You can read about it in this book, written by a martial artist who went and found John Chang in Indonesia and became his student.

you'll need to click "click to read more" in the "mind, body and kick.." article, because your ridiculuous automated censor won't let me post that URL because it has the word a-s-s in it. Its the name of a TV program, for F's sake. As in "Mind, body and kick a-s-s moves".

anyway, seems pretty real to me..

this tai chi master, Erle Montaigue also claims true tai chi uses pressure point strikes and has released a tonne of videos books and articles about it

Don't know how legit he is though.

  3. Seido Karate was created as a kyokushin spinoff.

The katas are the kyokushin katas (ie mostly Goju Ryu and Shotokan katas) plus it has some that are unique to Seido.

Some might say it is a watered down version of Kyokushin. More info here (google is your friend):

It is also called Seido Juku...

There is also Seido Kai Karate, from which K-1 came about. Seido Kai is also a Kyokushin spin-off, to make things even more confusing.
