  1. I'm lead to believe it's a higher form in the Pyung An set. Here this site list it as a form, but doesn't have a video of it. http://www.natkd.com/pyong_ahn_forms.htm
  2. Unfortunately for us, our GM is preparing to retire, which will leave the promotions to us. I'm not sure if there is going to be a "governing" body that will take over the responsibility so I'm getting prepared.
  3. I was wondering where other school owners purchase their seals for promotion certificates. I'll assume you purchase your security seal at the same vendor. Thanks in advance.
  4. All of our Instructors greet each student before class and end class with a hand shake and "thank you for coming " at the end of class. As the CI, I also greet each student and say goodbye to them as well. I also go on to make sure that each parent is greeted and at the end of class also thanked for bringing their student to us for training. I couldn't imagine it being any other way. Grand Master Kang Rhee taught this to me, as an instructor at his main school. SUN!
  5. I'm searching for video, literature or even a Master who knows the Hyung ~ Tae KukKwon, I've seen it mentioned on the net, usually associated with Tang So Do or Chang Mu Kwon styles. But not been able to pin down it's origin or it's form. While I'm at it, if anyone knows the complete (offense and defensive sides) of Tae Jo Kwan that would be greatly appreciated. SUN!
  6. The PaSaRyu system has been around since 1964 ( our 50th anniversary). Master Kang Rhee received permission from Master Park and Master Lee, prior to leaving Korea and coming to Memphis, TN. Before leaving Korea, Master Rhee started the Karate Club at Yon Sei University and also taught the Korean Special Forces. The system is alive and well. While well known in the Mid-South Region of the United States it is slowly making its way to other parts as Masters and other higher level black belts begin to open their own schools in many different states. If you are interested in knowing more, or where you can train at here a couple of links: http://www.pasaryu-martial-arts.com http://www.kangrhee.com SUN!
