Hello, Looking for a style to try, but I was wondering if there was a certain one my body type would be more suited for than others. I'm thin, though not sickly. I am 6'2", about 180lbs. Not much upper body strength, but I think from the abs down I am pretty fair. As far as other sporting pursuits, I seemed to do OK with sports that had an agility component (soccer, tennis), but I don't know if I was ever super-quick or had above normal agility. I feel as though my flexibility and balance were pretty good, though. The main thing I want out of a style would be self defense, but also a fun activity to help keep in shape with. Any suggestions?
