White Belt

White Belt (1/10)

  1. I agree. Shureido has not failed me yet, and the durability is above and beyond anything else I have tried. It's not easy on the wallet though.
  2. I really do like Shureido's cotton Gi's. exceptional quality. My 0.02.
  3. Just make sure you confirm with your school before attempting anything on your own.
  4. Thank you for the heads up, not too long ago, I was going to place an order through them.
  5. I like my instructors Shureido Black Belt. It is thick cotton, and it has held up for supposedly the better part of a decade.
  6. I also, have never had a problem with my Shureido belt. I have never owned an Eosin Panther belt, but a friend has one, and he swears by it. It really is just up to personal preference at this point. I think you should be in good company with either of these belts.
  7. My instructor wears a Black Shureido KB-10 (Which is their 100% Cotton Heavyweight model). I have the k-10 (Which is the same but white) The quality is outstanding, and it stands up to heavy grappling/throwing. It is still structurally perfect after about 15 months.
  8. I typically wear a traditional white Gi set. I do like the look of those heavyweight Black Gi's however.
