i need a work out system to become the best i can be...im jsut starting muay thai, but id like a workout specifically for me to get better, faster, and stronger. my gyms open for the classes i take everyday...so how many times a week should i go? how much cardio shoukld i do? man, i need some help so i can gte started right away. heh, anyway...if you could help me out ill be grateful. thanks
