Hi all, Newbie to the forums from rainy England. I train mainly in Wado Ryu although our club learns katas etc from Shito Ryu and Shorin Ryu also. I've been training now for 3 years. Generally go training 3 times per week at least - as well as countless hours on my own! Used to train as a kid but gave it up - biggest regret I ever had - so took it up again at the age of 28. Got back into it as a result of chatting to my (now) sensei when on a charity cycle ride! He showed me a collar choke and I was hooked!
