A dojang is definitely the best way to go, but there are many drills that you can actually do solo that will help you with that vital muscle memory in the pursuit and training of our beloved Hapkido. Many many striking, grappling, and weapons drills can be very helpful here, including drills that include all of the foregoing in a single unbroken flow. If it will help you out?
