    My instructor teaches ITF Taekwondo Chung do Kwan. Ive not long got my yellow tag belt so i cant say much about it. But my master Hay Harris is a 6th Dan My brother -in law who is also studying with me has just told me that Chung Do Kwan translates to "blue wave School"
