Hi, I'm new to these forums but I have a keen intrest in sports therapy. I am currently studying at college and as part of our current assignment we have to speak about a sport we love and the sports taping and straping rules. I have chosen 3 of my favourite sports, Karate, Judo and Gymnastics. I have looked everywhere (even the officail websites) yet no luck. I was hoping anyone on this forum could shed some light on the rules of taping and strapping in any of these 3 sports? Thank you in advance for any contribution
