I hope the offer to clarify specific Isshyn Ryu questions is still up! In order to complete my grading, I must first pass a written test. My sensei has informed me I must know: - First female to practice Isshin Ryu Karate - The four Isshin Ryu Organizations Thesre are more questions as well of course, but these are some of the ones I'm having the most difficulty researching. If you could help me with either of them, or check out my forum called "Isshin Ryu" to see some of my other questions about karate, I would really appreciate it. Thanks

My sensei has informed me I must know the following things: - First female to practice Isshin Ryu Karate - First female to practce karate in America - Female that created a style (what it is and where it was originated) - The four Isshin Ryu Organizations - The four GIs - Name 17 styles, describe and where it originates. example: Isshin Ryu, empty hands, means one heart/mind way. Its teaches you to fight with economy of motion, techniques are natural, etc. These are the questions I'm having the most difficulty researching. If anyone knows anything about any of the questions, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks
