THANK YOU GUYS YOU ARE AMAZING!! by the way, yesterday was my first lesson, and I loved it!! all the guys there, were so nice, and I really enjoyed the lesson, when I was at school, I never practiced a sport or anything... and now I feel that this is the right one for me. Thanks again for your advices, I'll use them, in this long journey through Karate!!

Well, I've just joined the forum, and also I'm so excited because during this week I'm going to start my Karate lessons. I'm happy, nervous, etc. Any advice?
