I suggest that anyone who studies traditional a Martial Art and who posted a comment here buy "Unante" 1st edition (Red Cover) by John Sells. It will explain a lot and has great references to also study. Do not bother with the 2nd edition, it was written solely for political purposes - my opinion. GOOD READING!
