  1. hey im a 17/m/uk and basically the problem is ive done kickboxing for 3 years but recently before christmas i got lazy and went off training can anyone put me together a good training plan which i can stick to on a daily basis i want it to last at least a hour and want it to focus on speed and flexibility as i overturn alot on my sidekicks a few good stretches and techniques would be very helpful cheers to anyone who can help i appreciate it - Ally
  2. yeah but thats the thing i find it hard putting my hip into the kicks is there a specific exercise that helps do this?
  3. Ok ive just watched Enter the Dragon how the hell does Lee kick that great come on whats the secret?? how'd did he stretch how do i stop overturning??? man i need help with my side kicks and turning kicks how'd did bruce perfect his kicks???
  4. Ok i dont do Muay tai but i do Sanda kickboxing ive got one question how comes all the muay tai fighters always have impressive kicks? i mean you guys dont overturn or nothing? how'd you do it? whats the secret can you give me some stretchnig drills or something? lol cheers!

Thanks guys yeah i do Sanda kickboxing it's chinese the problem is that the hip i find hard like on a side kick i find it hard to put the hip into the kick and i overturn (karate style) the heights there but it's not fast enuff lol i need to fire the kick out much quicker and less over turning like karate!
  6. ok in the gym today i had a problem where everytime i turned my leg out for a turning kick i got a sharp pain up my leg whats going on? and how can i improve flexibility around the upper leg area to achive a fast powerful kick? cos ive been trying for 3 years and it aint working guys!
  7. ok guys ive Trained in a chinese style of kickboxing since i was 14 im now 16 i admit im not the best lol and my kicks suck how can you stop overturning a kick i.e side kick or turning kick? i dont wanna kick like karate i mean heights good but its way to slow should i bring the knee up so it faces the ceiling (up) or so that the knee turns to the side i want my kicks to be fast and effective with height help!!!! ive treid everything
