I am a Provisional Black Belt in Kwon Shu and I will tell you that this is one of the funnest martial arts I have ever taken!! It may just be my instructor but I have learned so much when it comes to self-defense and It has been really great, I hope everything is going well with you and your dad in this style of karate.
