  2. Hello my name is zach. i am 16 and i weigh 260. I've started riding a stationary bike for about 30-45 minutes a day depending on how i feel and i'm wondering if i would be able to do kickboxing. My intention to do it is to help defend myself better if i were to get in a fight and to also help improve my fitness. Would i be able to do this? any information will be appreciated.
