i am 39 8 years training black belt in shotakan

i just bought the new 7210 nokia it has a colour screen and built in radio it's really cool too very small

my favourite colour is blue and my favourite food is apples

i would love to have a pain free christmas as i injured my hand 3 years ago and when it hurts it really hurts

i wear a white one but i find that the blood never comes out

i like unsu i've seen it done that many times by my Sensei in competitions and he wins..... i just like it

hi people i started training 8 years ago in karate i took my children to the dojo to train but i found it so interesting to watch that i started on the next beginers course and never looked back..... only had to use it once to protect myself
